L’Histoire
We set out to create a BBQ flavor that feels authentic and grown-up. Instead of artificial smoke flavors, we use naturally smoked paprika and a carefully curated blend of spices to evoke the sensation of a slow, wood-fired barbecue. It is robust, slightly sweet, and deeply satisfying, offering all the comfort of a classic BBQ snack without the heavy processing.
Notre Procédé
The Makhana seeds are coated with our proprietary BBQ rub, featuring naturally smoked Spanish paprika, before being lightly baked to lock in the deep, smoky aroma.
